Terms of Service for AISLN WhatsApp Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AISLN WhatsApp Application (“Application”, “Service”), provided by AISLN (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business entity that registers for the Service.
  • You must comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Meta’s policies or applicable laws.

3. Permissions and Access

To provide functionality, AISLN requires the following permissions from Meta:

WhatsApp Permissions

  • whatsapp_business_management – Manage your WhatsApp Business Account.
  • whatsapp_business_messaging – Send and receive WhatsApp messages.
  • catalog_management – Sync and manage your Facebook Catalog with WhatsApp.
  • business_management – Verify and manage Business Manager assets.

Facebook Page Permissions

  • pages_show_list – Access list of Pages you manage
  • pages_manage_metadata – Manage Page settings
  • pages_messaging – Send and receive Page messages
  • pages_read_engagement – Access engagement metrics (likes, comments, interactions)
  • pages_read_user_content – Read Page posts, comments, and reviews to help you monitor and respond to customer feedback

You authorize AISLN to use these permissions solely for the purposes of delivering the Service.


4. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
  • You remain the owner of your business and customer data; AISLN only processes it as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AISLN may suspend or terminate access if required by law, Meta policy, or in cases of misuse.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees will be clearly communicated before use.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AISLN is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We are not liable for outages or disruptions caused by Meta (WhatsApp or Facebook) platforms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. AISLN may terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse the Service in violation of Meta policies.
  • Required by law or by Meta.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law
